On December 23, 2003, Tim & Sandee purchased Freeman Office Products from Anne Freeman.  Tim started with Freeman Office Products in 1986 as a sales representative and became General Manager of operations in 1993.  Tim and Sandee are native to the Inland Empire with Tim graduating from Chino High School in 1975 to pursue a career in baseball.  In the June draft the San Diego Padres selected him in the 4th round.  Tim spent five years working his way through the minor league ranks with the Padres and was assigned to the Padres 40 man roster in both 1978 and 1979. Later that year he was traded to the Baltimore Orioles organization where he played an additional 5 years with two of those years at the Triple A level.  In 1983 Tim was assigned to international player development and spent an entire season as a player/manager in Macerata, Italy.  Tim left the game of professional baseball at the end of the 1984 season.
 
Sandee graduated from Colton High School in 1978.  Sandee was also a sports enthusiast completing for ten years from age 15 to 22 in competitive roller skating.  With several California State Championship titles, Sandee retired her skates in 1982 to pursue a career in health care administration.  Sandee co-owner of Freeman Office Products, and part time employee currently holds the position of Executive Director at Redlands Family Physicians where she has been the business and marketing administrator for 14 years.  Sandee plans to join Tim and Freeman Office Products on a full time basis in 2008.
 
Tim & Sandee met through a mutual acquaintance in 1986 and were married in 1987. They have two children, a son Brian, who will be a freshman in high school and a daughter Jacqueline, who will be graduating and entering college in the fall of 2006.  Tim & Sandee are active members of San Bernardino Community Church as well as many other community service organizations.

I've been with J.R. Freeman since 1996 and this is my second time around, I worked here previously from 1992 to 1993, thought the grass was greener elsewhere but I was wrong and here I am back with a wonderful company and couldn't imagine working anywhere else. My position with the company is Office Manager, but I also handle the Accounts Payables and various other tasks within the company. I'm married to my husband Rob for 12 years, we have two wonderful and athletic kids, our daughter Bailey is 11 avid swimmer and loves the game of basketball and our son Lane is 9, also avid swimmer. When I'm not at work I enjoy going camping with my family to the sand dunes to ride our quads or camping at the beach. My children are competitive swimmers so there are a lot of swim practices, and a couple of times of the month we have swim meets to attend.

My name is Beth Michl and I started working for Freeman Office Products January 2005. My position at Freeman Office Products is taking care of the Accounts Receivables. I am single and have a beautiful grown daughter that is going through school. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, horseback riding, and all my animals. I feel very fortunate to be working with this company, they are my family when I am away from home, and a great bunch of people. I have really enjoyed working at Freeman Office Products, and I look forward to learning and growing with the company for many years to come.

 I've been with our company since May of 1998. I moved to San Bernardino that year from Iowa along with my wife Shawn, who accepted a teaching position with the Rialto school district.  I think I bring a good deal of experience to J.R. Freeman after having worked for Frohwein Office Supply in Iowa City, Iowa from 1985-1998.  Upon arriving in my new home state of California, I tried my hand in another line of work, but I quickly realized that my true love was with the office supply industry.  The big office supply chain stores were eager for someone with my experience, but I wanted to work for a family run business like I did in Iowa.  And that is when fate brought me to J.R. Freeman Company.  I haven't looked back since. When I'm not working, I enjoy photography, bicycling, and spending time with my wife. Together, we enjoy exploring California and traveling to points unknown.

I started working in the office supply industry as a delivery boy after school for Wattenbarger's Office Supply in Redlands back in 1970.  Twenty-five  years later my wife and I purchased the company.  In an effort to spend more time with my family, I decided to merge my company with J.R. Freeman in July of 2000.  It turned out to be a very good decision.  I'm also an  active member of the Redlands Optimist Club and Highland Hills Church.  In my spare time I enjoy working in the yard with my wife Barbara or attending my son Eric's baseball or basketball games.

Jeff started with J.R. Freeman Co., Inc. in 1986 as soon as he was old enough to drive to work after attending Redlands High School. Besides his janitorial duties at a young age of 16 he also did the deliveries of the daily office supply orders where he became popular with many local customers.  While working at J. R. Freeman Co., he attended California State University San Bernardino where he received his Bachelor’s of Administration in Communications, focused in Public Relations and Professional Writing. After graduating California State University San Bernardino, he worked part-time for the Riverside Press Enterprise as a writer in the Special Sections Dept. A year later, Jeff’s Father (Jack Freeman) convinced Jeff to attend Western State School of Law. After one year, Jeff felt a conflict of interest with the position and goals of Western State so he sought a career in Graphic Design for five years with a company in Fontana, Calif. In 2002 Jack Freeman and Tim Derryberry approached Jeff and offered him a sales position with J.R.Freeman Co., Inc. where he is currently employed as a Business Products Specialist. Jeff is currently married to his wife Chrissy, with whom he resides in their home in Redlands. They have two Shih tzu dogs and two silly cats.
